Marcus Riley is the Founder of the Booming Ageing Agency, author of Booming - A Life-Changing Philosophy on Ageing Well , of soon to be released Your Ageing Advantage, and the host of the Booming podcast.
A global champion of positive ageing, Marcus offers 25 years of transformative experience in health and ageing. As the founder of The Booming Movement, Marcus is dedicated to helping individuals and organisations thrive by embracing the concept of "Booming" into later life.
His global reputation is reinforced by his most recent recognition as 2025 Leading Age Award of Honour winner. He serves in Global Industry Executive Leadership roles and he is the current Director of the Global Ageing Network, earning his accolade as the Global Ageing Influencer by Ageing Asia in 2018.
Marcus also serves as a representative to the United Nations on Global Ageing, amplifying his influence on longevity and the ageing economy.
Marcus represents boards and global speaking platforms within his field, welcomed to provide insight and inspiration for how we can age successfully, and ‘boom’.
